The Elan is the value pick for a straight indoor staircase. It is built in the USA, folds neatly against the rail, and rides on rechargeable batteries that keep charging while the chair is parked, so a power outage never strands you upstairs.
The Elite steps up to a 400 lb capacity, a fuller seat and optional power swivel and power footrest. The outdoor version brings the same ride to front steps, decks and patios, with weather-resistant materials and a protective cover.
